God is Good Logistics (GIG) has tracked and returned customer Aanu Oluyide Akanke’s parcel to its rightful and intended recipient.

This came after FIJ’s report detailing how the logistics company inputted a wrong phone number for Akanke’s parcel — beads worth over N80,000.

On GIG Logistics’ tracking app, it was marked that Akanke’s parcel had been delivered, but Akanke’s intended recipients, two NAJ Cargo Services staff, denied receiving any package.

Akanke reported that GIG was slow to take action to recover her beads, and that the company repeatedly told her that it could do nothing about it.

About two weeks after FIJ’s story however, GIG Logistics tracked Akanke’s beads and delivered them to the intended recipient.
