FIJ learned that Adegbakun was taken to trial at a Magistrate Court in Isabo, Abeokuta, on Thursday, and was granted N30,000 bail. He was asked to provide two sureties with landed properties around the court premises. The sureties, according to the court, must present evidence of tax clearance. The case was adjourned until February 25, 2022.
On Wednesday, had FIJ reported how the accused scammed some money from Saheed. The latter’s efforts to retrieve it proved abortive because Adegbakun enjoyed the protection of police officers attached to Adigbe Police Station, Abeokuta, Ogun State.
