A disgruntled victim of hair scam by Kachi Onyeluo, daughter of actress Ireti Doyle, scam, on Friday, stormed her trade fair grounds to rip it apart and demand a refund of money paid for items which never got delivered.
Onyeluo had her banners and other promotional material pulled down by the unidentified victim as seen in a video posted on Instagram and obtained by FIJ.
Her mother Ireti Doyle promoted the business in its early stages, but since the scam was exposed she has tried fruitlessly to extricate herself from it, often saying it was “not a family business”.
The event held at 89, Opebi Road, Ikeja, and was originally advertised to run for three days, but following the disruption of the opening day, it was unclear if its second and third day sales will go ahead.
However, in a video posted on Saturday by Onyeluo, she confirmed the sales will go ahead as planned in the same location.

Kachi announced her “100% human hair wig” sales on Instagram, but six hours later, an alleged victim with the handle @onyinyeonochie, commented under the post saying, “You will not reply my messages, you blocked me from calling your normal call and you are still with my 8 million naira.
“It’s either you send wigs to me, refund me or I can come and pick up from your sales. You are doing this because I am not in Nigeria. Kachi you are heartless and wicked. Pay me my money or send wigs to me because I don’t see the reason why you will be owing me wigs worth 8 million naira and you will not pick my calls or reply my messages, and even have the guts to block me from calling your normal line. At least update me on what is happening. I don’t think you will like this fire you are about to light up.”
Similarly, an Instagram user with the handle @bimbo_cash said: “Kachibeautyproducts, Ireti Doyle’s daughter is still owing people millions of naira even after Dele Momodu intervened and she promised to pay, today she went ahead to launch another wig sales and this happened at the venue. She’s owing. Woman N8m and she blocked everyone.”
FIJ earlier reported how Onyeluo scammed victims of over N40 million through hair sales.
