Felix Okon, a resident of Birnin-Kebbi, has accused Azman Air, a domestic airline, of neglecting his request for a refund of N190,000 five months after cancelling his flight.

Okon said that the corporation had not only upset him but also withheld his hard-earned money for no reason.

He told FIJ that he booked a Birnin Kebbi-Lagos flight for himself and his in-law’s son and was to leave Lagos on December 11.

“Unfortunately, we did not fly with Azman Air because eight hours before the time of departure, the airline cancelled the flight due to some reasons,” Okon told FIJ.

“I had to look for money to buy another ticket with another airline. It was stressful. That same day, I requested my money from Azman Air.

“I filled out all the paperwork, but they have not refunded me till now. I call them at least four times monthly, but they have yet to refund me.”

FIJ emailed Azman Air for comments, but the airline company had not responded at press time.
