Abdulrasheed Bawa, the Chairman of the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC), has been rushed out of the presidential villa in Abuja, after he slumped while giving a goodwill message at the National Identity Day celebration.
According to Daily Trust, Bawa suddenly stopped speaking while making a reference to a man the EFCC arrested with 116 SIM cards in Ibadan, Oyo State.
He was said to have been initially assisted to his seat by some government officials, including Isa Pantami, the Minister of Communications and Digital Economy, before he was eventually rushed out of the villa.
