Armed bandits have invaded the premises of Bethel Baptist school in Chikun Local Government Area of Kaduna State, abducting a large number of students.
The bandits descended on the school in the early hours of Monday, FIJ has gathered.

FIJ gathered that the gunmen stormed the school around 1am, shooting sporadically into the air before forcibly moving the school children from their hostels into the forest.
FIJ also understands that between 100 and 130 students were abducted.
Meanwhile, Channels TV is reporting that four of the students escaped the attack while others were taken away to an unknown destination.
