Are you an early-career journalist with an interest in public interest journalism? The Foundation for Investigative Journalism and Social Justice (FIJ) is inviting applications for a one-year fellowship programme for young journalists, conceived in honour of Jahman Anikulapo, an arts and culture aficionado and former Editor of TheGuardian on Sunday.
The opportunity is open only to only early-career journalists with no more than two years of fulltime reporting experience who have a passion for defending the public interest.
The one-year fellowship aims to expose the successful applicant to the use of journalism for social change.
The successful fellow will receive guidance and mentorship to produce quality, critical, and impactful public interest stories.
Who Can Apply?
