The Lagos State Ministry of Tourism, Arts and Culture has collaborated with Effect Best Perfect Solutions (EBPS) to produce a Lagos Family Reality TV Show.

The collaboration was announced on Sunday afternoon by Mrs Uzamat Akinbile-Yussuf, the Commissioner for Tourism, Arts and Culture. The show is “aimed at promoting national unity amidst diverse cultures in the country”.

She stated that the show will bring together different families from different states of the country who are residents of Lagos. The show will be aired for 13 weeks and the winner will get a N20 million cash reward.

Akinbile-Yussuf further noted that the show was coming at a time when different views about the country’s unity were coming up.

“Lagos State, like Nigeria, is home to all ethnic groups who have lived harmoniously together for centuries despite their diverse ways of life. Therefore, as a model for national unity and testimony that Nigerians are better together, this family show was conceived to reignite our national unity, elicit a sense of pride and increase our knowledge of the Country, States, Culture, History and Values,” she said.

Leke Ajayi, the convener of the sow and Managing Director of EBPS said the programme inspire the spirit of unity and noble values.
