At about 8:40 am on Saturday morning, residents of Olu- Akerele street, in the Ikeja area of Lagos State, protested and chased a party agent away.

When FIJ arrived, the residents were sending away a man they referred to as Agent.

They told this reporter that Olu-Akerele was one of the three polling units in the area, and that community leaders usually received benefits during elections but shared them among the members of the other two polling units.
