The frustrated Kuda Bank customer has shared his ordeal on Twitter several times, tagging the bank’s official handle, but no positive response yet.

“I have been using Kuda for over two years and nothing like this has ever happened to me,” he said.

“When I wanted to withdraw some money last week, they said I should send a proof of transaction for a particular amount of money I received in my account in October.

“But even after sending it to them and even uploading my CAC document, the issue remains unresolved. No response whatsoever since then and no customer relationship. And I think it’s the norm for them because I see a whole lot of people with similar complaints.

“If Kuda is not trying to steal money, why can’t they exactly say what they want from me?

“It is extremely unbearable. If they don’t want people to use their bank, then why allow us to have an account?”

FIJ emailed Kuda for comments, but no response at press time.
