Officials of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) arrived a polling unit at Kpansia Town Hall, Yenagoa, Bayelsa State, without the Bimodal Voter Registration System (BVAS) machine.

Douye Jonathan, a voter at the polling unit, told FIJ that the officials only came with ballot papers and boxes. He said the officials told voters that machines were coming from their office.
