26.03.2024 Featured ‘Say a Prayer for Me’ — Nigerian Lady on London-Lagos Solo Road Trip Involved in Accident

Pelumi Nubi, a Nigerian lady who embarked on a solo road trip from London to Lagos, has had an accident.

On Tuesday, she posted the video of her car, which was partly crushed due to the road accident, on her Instagram page with the caption, “Say a prayer for me.”

The video shows scenes from inside the ambulance and a hospital.

Her previous Instagram posts indicate that she had arrived in Liberia hours before the unfortunate road accident occurred.

Before she took to the road on January 30, Nubi disclosed her reasons for the solo trip: “As a solo black female traveller, I want to show that adventures like this are possible. It’s about exploring our beautiful continent, pushing my limits, and hopefully, inspiring some of you to chase your dreams too.”
