Abba Aggrey, a Ghanaian based in Pennsylvania, The United States of America, has accused her former boyfriend, a Pakistani American, of induced abortion.

According to her, the incident later led to the death of her unborn child.

In a series of tweets, Aggrey said her boyfriend inserted a couple of misoprostol tablets into her private part while she was 17 weeks pregnant in February.

“Under the disguise of oral and digital sex in the morning of February 20, he inserted two abortion pills in my vagina,” Aggrey wrote.

“As he lay next to me in bed after he had inserted the pills, I began to have chills, then extremely terrible cramps, that then led to diarrhea and later the leaking of my water. I had assumed at the time (before my water began to leak) that I was experiencing food poisoning.”

Aggrey’s former boyfriend once said he told his parents about the pregnancy but they did not take it well and disowned him.

Despite suspecting he was telling a lie, she said she allowed him to move into her house.

Aggrey said she later found out about the pills when she suffered series of watery discharge from her private part.

“I had a few tiny leaks a few hours prior but was told by my OBGYN it could be natural from diarrhea pushing my body to push discharge out. I was worried so I rushed to the bathroom and wiped,” she said.

Thereafter, she saw two hexagonal pills come out of her body, through her private part.

She later searched for images of abortion pills online and confirmed that it was indeed misoprostol that her boyfriend had inserted in her.

She again found that the man had been mixing her pre-natal bottles of prescriptions with the abortion pills.

When Aggrey later visited the hospital, her doctor conducted a speculum test and confirmed that the discharge she was experiencing was from the amniotic fluid that was supposed to surround her unborn baby.

The test also revealed that she had lost a great amount of the fluid.

“I had lost all my fluid and there was no more surrounding my child,” she tweeted.

“On April 21st, 2022 my daughter was born. This same day her death certificate was signed. After her birth I was told because of the constant interference she didn’t stand a chance at a prosperous or healthy life.

“Too much of her brain was compromised from all of the abortion pills I was fed throughout my pregnancy. Till this day I have no idea how many he’s given me. I feel a way I cannot put into words.

“I pray that somehow someway some justice will be served to that man. That he will one day suffer the way I am in agony now.”

She explained that her boyfriend was once invited by the police for questioning over the incident. He was however never arrested.

She ended by saying her legal team had advised against making his name public.
