Passengers at the Murtala Muhammad Local Airport are currently protesting the delay of their flight for 12 hours by Air Peace without prior notice.

The travellers boarding the Air Peace airline have clogged the premises of the airport, asking the officials to explain why their flights were delayed.

Many of them said they were scheduled to take off by 8am but the Air Peace officials would later make them wait till 8pm.

The passengers said they were not informed of the delay and the airline did not apologize for the inconvenience.

“No peace for Air Peace,” a woman said, “I’ve been here since 8 am and these people cannot even explain why they are delaying us.”
