An Abeokuta based lawyer has shared her frustrating experience with Justyfy Clothing, an Instagram fashion retailer, regarding an undelivered fashion item for which she paid N64,000 last November.
Expressing her disappointment, she stated that despite multiple attempts to contact Justyfy Clothing, she received no response from the fashion house. She had ordered a suit and a few pairs of trousers from the store on November 3, 2022, specifying that her occasion was on November 26.
She continued to remind Justyfy Clothing of the delivery date, but the vendor repeatedly assured her they would meet the November 25 deadline, which they failed to do.

“Initially, they informed me that the suit was ready, and I asked them to send it while I waited for the remaining items, but they did not. As the date of my event approached, they stopped taking my calls. Fearing I would not have the necessary attire, I had no choice but to purchase them at a higher price from another vendor,” she told FIJ.

“Regrettably, Justyfy Clothing made no attempt to contact me after my event. They neither explained nor apologised for the situation. A week later, I called them out on Instagram, and that was when they started reaching out to me.

“Later, the owner of Justyfy Clothing insisted that I accept the clothing and stated they could not issue a refund. I declined, as I had been severely let down. Their response was that they would refund me whenever they had the funds to do so, and since then, they have not contacted me, replied to my messages or issued a refund.”
When FIJ attempted to contact Justyfy Clothing, their phone line was switched off, and as of the time of this report, they had not responded to messages sent to them.
