Samuel Ortom, the immediate past Governor of Benue State, is currently with the Economic and Financial Crimes Commission (EFCC).
According to a report by Daily Trust, the EFCC had invited Ortom for questioning.
It was reported that Ortom drove into the Makurdi zonal office of the anti-graft agency around 10:08 am on Tuesday.

Meanwhile, there are reports on how the former governor left a debt of N187.7 billion for the current administration of Hyacinth Alia.
