Major-General Oleg Mityaev, another Russian senior military officer, has been killed in Mariupol, Ukraine.
According to Daily Mail, Kyiv claims Mityaev was killed while fighting near the besieged city of Mariupol.
Although, Russia has not confirmed the death, a picture of the corpse of the decorated military officer was released by Anton Gerashchenko, adviser, Ukrainian Interior Ministry.

Mityaev is the fourth Russian general Ukraine claims to have killed since Moscow’s invasion.
Seven members of an elite Special Weapons and Tactics (SWAT) squad from the Dzerzhinsky Division of Russia’s national guard were also revealed to have died.
The two warring countries have suffered heavy losses since Moscow fired the first shot in February.
