The Federal Government has just replaced Armstrong Idachaba with Balarabe Shehu Ilelah as the new Director-General of the National Broadcasting Commission (NBC).

The announcement was made through a statement signed by Lai Mohammed, the Minister of Information and Culture on Friday afternoon.

The Minister added that Ilelah’s appointment will last for a tenure of five years in the first instance.
