OPay has unfrozen the account of Uthman Quseem, an akara (beans chips) seller in the Muslim area of Ibadan, who could not access his savings for over one year.
This came about two weeks after FIJ reported how the international relations graduate had been unable to have access to the N90,830 in his Opay account since he transacted with a customer in March 2022.
“The issue has been resolved. Opay unfroze my account this night. So, I can now access my money in the account. I really appreciate FIJ,” Uthman said late night on Tuesday.
