26.05.2022 news APPLY: NRTC’s Internship Opportunity for 10 ‘Passionate’ Undergraduates

News Round The Clock (NRTC), a Lagos-based online newspaper, is set to offer a 60-day internship opportunity to 10 Nigerian undergraduates.

As part of its 10th anniversary celebrations, the outfit says it intends to provide work experience for candidates “with a passion for journalism” and an interes in a media career.

The opportunity is open to students of any Nigerian tertiary institution studying any course in media studies or courses related to mass communication, who are 21 or older.

NRTC communicated the opportunity to the public in a statement signed by Sunday Komolafe, NRTC spokesman.

Komolafe encouraged candidates who “have experience in writing and have a published work, and have been involved with a student newspaper, magazine or local media outlet”, to apply.

Applications will begin on June 1 on NRTC’s website, and close July 30, with announcement of successful candidates following on September 1.
