Babajide Sanwo-Olu, the Governor of Lagos State, has deleted a congratulatory tweet similar to that of Atiku Abubakar, the latest presidential candidate of the People’s Democratic Party (PDP).

Sanwo-Olu had shared his tweet on Saturday to congratulate Funke Akindele, a Nigerian filmmaker, whose latest movie, “A Tribe Called Judah,” grossed N1 billion.

This came nearly 24 hours after Abubakar shared his own tweet.

The original tweet from Abubakar reads: “I extend my heartiest congratulations to @funkeakindele for the phenomenal success of “A Tribe Called Judah”. This film has not only shattered box office records by becoming the first Nigerian movie to earn N1 billion in domestic theatres, but it also stands as a beacon of cultural pride and the unyielding spirit of Nollywood.”
