Adegbite had accused Azman Air of refusing to refund her N55,000 after cancelling her Lagos-Kano flight on March 20.
She diligently followed the airline’s instructions to submit a formal refund request, including the necessary documentation and her National Identification Number (NIN).
Azman Air promptly acknowledged the cancellation and assured her the refund would be processed.
Despite the airline’s policy stipulating a refund time frame of four weeks, Adegbite experienced delays and a lack of communication until the period elapsed in April.
