One day after Adamawa State held its supplementary governorship election, only 3972 out of the expected 4104 results have been uploaded to the result-viewing portal of the Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC).
INEC had fixed a supplementary governorship election in the state for March 15 after the March 18 governorship race keenly contested by Ahmed Finitri of the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) and Aisha Binani of the All Progressives Congress (APC) was declared inconclusive.
The supplementary election took place at 69 polling units of the total 4104 units in the state.
