United Nigeria Airlines has refunded N58,750 to Chris Nwadigo, an Ebonyi State-based businessman who was unable to travel with the airline six months ago.
Nwadigo, in a message sent to FIJ on Thursday morning, said the airline made the refund on September 15.
This came one month after FIJ reported how the airline withheld the businessman’s money due to a flight cancellation on April 12.
Elated by this resolution, Nwadigo expressed gratitude, saying, “Thank you, FIJ. Thanks for your intervention.”
