Chris Nwadigo, an Abakaliki-based businessman, has accused United Nigeria Airlines, of failing to provide him with a refund of N58,750.
Nwadigo told FIJ he had booked a United Nigeria Airlines flight from Enugu to Lagos scheduled for April 12 but because of a substantial delay, the flight was pushed back from its initial departure time of 10 am to 2 pm.
