“I would like to let you know that my money is still stuck with GTBank. I only got a response from them via their Twitter handle since the story was published,” Ajibola said.

“Within 30 minutes after the story was published on November 6, they reached out to me and that gave me hopes that they were going to refund my money quickly.

“I have pinned my hopes on his money to settle some personal needs on campus, but it seems I have a long time ahead as the bank is not refunding the money.

“I used to trust the bank. They have frustrated me enough. I honestly think they are intentionally doing this to steal my money.”

FIJ had published a story on how Ajibola made a duplicate transaction on his GTBank account on October 11 while transferring N100,000 to his Msport betting account.
