Grace Bala, a businesswoman in Abuja, has recounted how Dana Air, an airline company, cancelled her flight twice and refused to refund her.
She told FIJ this was despite several attempts to collect her N96,000 back from the airline company.
The businesswoman said she booked a flight from Abuja to Lagos and back to Abuja in January and was to leave Abuja for Lagos on February 26.

“My return to Abuja was not an easy ride. Dana Air cancelled my return flight on March 14. I was to travel back to Abuja on March 15,” Bala told FIJ.
“Again, I had to book a return flight in the dying minutes to Abuja. I immediately requested a refund, and Dana Air asked me to send my details, which I have done. But two months later, they have not responded or refunded my money.”
When FIJ contacted Dana Air for comments via email, the company did not respond.
